It look's like a very interesting city. The hotel and it's service is really good and the small streets in the surounding are promising.

Had a evening at Herzliya Marina, area called Arena. New shopping mall at the water front, Marina with rental ship, a lot of bars and restaurents. Wonderful place to chill out as the waterfront / Marina makes a nice cool down of the temperature.
