Kaua'i is a B-E-A-utiful island. It's not nearly as industrialized as Oahu. I had my first dolphin encounter there too! Geeky fact: Part of Jurassic Park was filmed there. :)

The two things that really stick out in my mind are the rich history/artifacts and the amazing food. The architecture of the homes there were really interesting and brightly colored.
