Rio de Janeiro is simply one of the most beautiful cities in this planet, with so many wonderful sights to see, gorgeously astounding landscapes and seascapes, a delicious climate, much joy, music, something like magic and enchantment, though no one can deny at all that the city has several big problems, being a 6 million inhabitants metropolis in a country in process of development, like Brazil. But, no matter the problems the city and the country face, Rio de Janeiro remain something like a DIAMOND, a precious jewel to be seen. Most tourists fall in love with the city and the friendly way of its people, who receive very well foreigners from anywhere in the world with much pleasure, sincere good-will, respect, tolerance, positive curiousity and much joy. The city is a party, though of course, it has many sad sides too. One who visits the city usually gets greatly impressed with so much beauty, not only the nature's, but also the harmony created by the mountain, sea and the architecture of the many modern, beautiful and sophisticated buildings along Rio de Janeiro's sea border. Of course, some of the buildings are not that modern, but this confers another kind of charm to the city, as we can find much of its history by the several kinds of skylines and esthetic standards found here. Neither the city nor the country are a paradise at all, but, I am sure that they are much vocationed to be like that one day, when there will be hopefully more social justice, equity, income distribution and human beings at last, learn to live in peace and harmony. The city is TOO MUCH WORTH VISITING! Good luck and good trip!!
